This page is a static information page. It contains no forms and does not ask you to enter any personal data.

4. Registration through Microsoft Teams
This page does not collect registrations itself. The "Register now" buttons take you to a separate webinar registration page on Microsoft Teams. Only when you follow that link and register is personal data collected.
- Data: the details requested on the registration form, such as your name, email address and organisation, and, if you take part, the data processed by Microsoft Teams for an online meeting (such as your display name and meeting participation data).
- Purpose: organising and running the webinar, sending you the access link and event information, and, where you agree, follow-up contact about the topics of the webinar.
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (e) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 4 (1) BayDSG, for the organisers' task of promoting economic relations between Bavaria and Africa; and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR where you give consent.
- Recipients: the Bavarian Office for Africa and the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy as organisers. Microsoft acts as a processor on their behalf.
- Third countries: Microsoft may process data outside the EU, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Retention: registration data is deleted once it is no longer needed for organising the webinar and any follow-up you have agreed to, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR);
- have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR);
- have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR);
- have processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR);
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR);
- object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (e) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR);
- withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
